Knicks Injury Report: Robinson Out, Playoffs in Jeopardy

Key Injuries Plague Knicks' Playoff Push

The New York Knicks' playoff push has been dealt a major blow with the news that Mitchell Robinson has a stress injury to his left ankle. Robinson is the third key player the Knicks have lost to injury, joining RJ Barrett and Jalen Brunson.

Robinson's Injury a Significant Loss

Robinson's injury is a particularly significant loss for the Knicks, as he is one of their best defenders and rebounders. The Knicks have been able to weather their way through various injuries to key players this season, but on Sunday it seemed like the losses were finally catching up to them.

In Sunday's 106-103 loss to the Indiana Pacers, the Knicks were without Robinson, Barrett, and Brunson. The Pacers took advantage of the Knicks' depleted lineup, shooting 53.8% from the field and outrebounding the Knicks 47-31.

Knicks' Playoff Hopes in Jeopardy

The Knicks are now 2-2 in their Eastern Conference Semifinals series against the Pacers. They will need to win two of the next three games to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals.

However, with Robinson, Barrett, and Brunson all out, the Knicks' chances of winning the series seem slim. The Pacers are a tough team, and they will be favored to win the series if the Knicks are unable to get healthy.
